How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Kavach VPN account directly in the mobile app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps in the App
- Open the Kavach VPN app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete Account.
- Enter your password and confirm the deletion.
- Tap Delete to permanently remove your account.
Data Removed
When you delete your account, we remove the following from our systems:
- Account profile and authentication data
- Subscription status and history stored by Kavach VPN
- Invoices stored by Kavach VPN
- VPN connection logs stored by Kavach VPN
Payment records are processed by Stripe. Stripe may retain certain billing records to comply with legal and tax obligations.
Can’t Access the App?
If you cannot access your account in the app, email us at support@kavachvpn.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include the email address linked to your Kavach VPN account. We will verify ownership and process the request.
